These Terms of Service apply to services provided by GoSeal Notary Services in Oviedo, FL 32765.
Appointments & Availability
Appointments are subject to availability. Same-day, after-hours, and weekend availability may vary.
Fees
Notary fees are set by Florida law. Any travel, convenience, printing, or other service fees (if applicable) will be quoted and agreed to in advance.
Identification & Signer Requirements
All signers must be present with acceptable, valid identification. Documents should remain unsigned until you are instructed to sign during the notarization.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service when identification is not satisfactory, the signer is unwilling or unable to sign knowingly, the request appears unlawful, or for any other reason permitted by law.
Cancellation / No-Show
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. In some situations, a trip fee may apply if the notary has already arrived or is en route.
